After each draw, the winner is recorded by Roberts, Marlowe, Jackson, Jackson & Associates Chartered Accountants and the ticket then goes back into the drum for the next draw. Each ticket is eligible for all applicable/subsequent draws.
Order of Draws: The Bonus Prize Draw will take place on March 26, 2010 in the main lobby of Lakeridge Health Oshawa, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario at 12:00 noon. The Super Early Bird Prize Draws will take place on May 4, 2010 at BMW Endras, 100 Achilles Road, Ajax, Ontario at 12:00 noon. In the event that all tickets are sold by midnight April 27, 2010 the Final Draws for 10,488 prize draws are to be held at the R.S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre, 2nd Floor, Boardroom D, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario starting May 5, 2010 and will commence at 9:00 am each day until completion. The top 12 Grand Prize Draws will be held in the main lobby of Lakeridge Health Oshawa, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario at 12:00 noon on May 10, 2010. The sequence of the draws on this Lottery will be from prize of lowest retail value to prize of highest retail value.
In the event that all tickets are not sold prior to midnight April 27, 2010, the Final Draws (except the top 12 Grand Prizes) will be conducted in the R.S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre, 2nd Floor, Boardroom D, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario June 1, 2010, beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day until completion. The top 12 Grand Prize Draws will take place on June 7, 2010 in the main lobby of Lakeridge Health Oshawa, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario at 12:00 noon.
Prize Claim: Prizes must be accepted as awarded - no substitution. All winners will be notified by mail with instructions on how to redeem their prize(s). All prizes must be claimed by June 15, 2011. Vehicles are awarded free of any hidden costs. It shall be the responsibility of the winner to License and insure the vehicle from the time of their ownership. Ownership papers for the vehicle must be registered within one month of the prize being awarded. Trips include airfare and taxes where applicable. Air departure is from Toronto. Prize winners of trips must satisfy all passport requirements for international travel. Unclaimed prizes will be reported and the licensing body will approve a charitable allocation. Winners of the Bonus Prize Draw, Super Early Bird Prize Draws, and the Grand Prize Draws agree to use their names and photo for publicity purposes with respect to this Lottery.
All tickets are to be issued in sequential order. Tickets cannot be reimbursed once draws commence. The liability of the licensee of this Lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
Winner of the 2010 Buick LaCrosse may choose car or take a cash alternative of $31,029.20
Winner of the $25,000 Future Shop “Red Carpet” Shopping Spree will have the opportunity to shop at the Whitby Future Shop location behind closed doors on a date that is agreed upon mutually between the winner and the Future Shop. Winner Notification: Following the draws, all winners will be notified by mail. Prize notification letters are addressed to the primary ticketholder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary. Major prize winners may be contacted by phone. A list of major winners will be available in the Toronto Sun on May 20, 2010 (June 17, 2010 if all tickets are not sold by April 27, 2010). Complete list of winners will be available at www.cashforcancer.com and a printed list will be available upon request from The Oshawa Hospital Foundation. Winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by The Oshawa Hospital Foundation.

The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket/s; however, purchasers do not need their ticket/s in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s).
